Do you enjoy working with others? Have a positive attitude? Are you reliable? Our fun, fast-paced company is looking for great team players for our Kaka'ako and Waipahu locations . Previous experience preferred, but not necessary. We are willing to train the right person with the right attitude and work ethic. Unless specifically stated, all positions start as part-time and depending on progress, may be promoted to full-time.
Here is the list of available positions that we are currently recruiting for:
Kaka'ako and Waipahu Full-Time. Assist in the supervision of the Back of House restaurant operations and ensure that the quality of the food that leaves the kitchen is up to Highway Inn standards. You will work the line, support the team, and make sure our food is 'ono!
Kaka'ako and Waipahu Full-Time. Lead the Front of House team in providing excellent service to all of our guests by ensuring that the food and beverage operations of the restaurant is at the highest standards. Wala'au with our customers, oversee the team, be sure that service is smooth, and keep everything clean!
Waipahu Full-Time. Oversee the operations of our Seafood Market at the Waipahu restaurant. Supervise the team, take seafood counter orders, and prepare an assortment of poke and seafood market specialties.
Kaka'ako and Waipahu. Individuals who thrive by interacting with customers who also know and love our 'ono food and Hawaiian culture.
Kaka'ako and Waipahu. Usually under pressure, you'll be serving up poke and take-out meals to our hungry guests with a smile. Good basic math & customer service skills a must.
Kaka'ako Weekends. Welcome our guest, local style! Greet, seat, and explain our menu options to our malihini and locals. And don't forgot about our specials of the day and great desserts.
Kaka'ako and Waipahu. You'll work preparing our hot-line Hawaiian favorites on the grill.
Kaka'ako. Entry level position to the culinary food scene: You'll be prepping, cooking and supporting our kitchen operations.
Kaka'ako. Individuals who can work independently, multi-task & get wet and dirty. Some of our Line Cooks today, started out in the Dish Pit just 18 months ago.
We deliver several large catering orders per week with our company vans. We are looking for drivers who want to make additional cash for a few hours work per day, mainly at the weekends.
Work the register and / or prep the food for the museum guests and employees.
